I met Kim in 2013 at Lauren and Tyler’s wedding, and she told me she wanted me to be her photographer when she got married. Well, six years later and here we were! After being together for 14 years, Kim and Nick tied the knot at Glenwood Christmas Tree Farm and I was honored to serve as their photographer for the day.
I’ve shot a lot of venues in the area, but this was my very first time photographing at Glenwood Christmas Tree Farm in Tacoma. I had a great time working with the venue coordinator, Jessica, and the entire staff there. It’s a family-owned venue, and the whole family really is involved. It was an absolute pleasure to work with everyone there, and they made sure the day went remarkably smoothly.
We had a bit of rain, but that didn’t stop anyone from having a great time. Kim and Nick were prepared for the potential weather with a number of white tents, which made the Glenwood Christmas Tree Farmvenue even more beautiful in addition to keeping everyone dry!
Kim and Nick are so much fun, and they gave me what was definitely a first—they were pronounced husband and wife as they ran down the aisle!
What a fun couple, a wonderful day and another great experience. Thank you to Kim and Nick, and best wishes!
Father daughter first looks have become some of my favorites and must get shots! Love this! …a first for me! The bride and groom running after “first kiss” I LOVED IT! Me demonstrating how to do a pose. Thank you Angelica for the behind the scenes shot!
