Keisha & Taylor | Waimea Canyon Wedding

I recently had the opportunity to photograph the wedding of Keisha and Taylor at Waimea Canyon, which is often called the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. It was truly a beautiful spot, and we were able to capture some gorgeous photos!

The bride definitely made her own aisle as she walked along the edge of a cliff to her husband, Taylor, who was waiting there with their small and intimate bridal party. Throughout the entire ceremony, I was captivated by the absolutely stunning views, not to mention the stunning couple! This was the perfect place for the two of them to say their “I dos,” in a very heartfelt ceremony officiated by their good friend, Ziling, who brought us to tears.

The ceremony itself was short and sweet, but definitely memorable. After it was over, the bridal party headed back to the VRBO house they had rented for a great dinner and cocktails catered by Chef Tom of Kauai Custom Catering. The house was nestled away on its own private beach that was dotted with some beautiful, peaceful palm trees.

I was able to get Keisha and Taylor to slip away for a bit to keep exploring Waimea Canyon, and we shot newlywed photos in some amazing spots on the beautiful red soil of the canyon and along a small babbling stream.

We got back from photos with plenty of time for the happy couple to rejoin the party and celebrate with drinks, appetizers and dinner.

It was just a stunning and perfect day that was topped off with a remarkable sunset.

A sincere thanks to Keisha and Taylor for allowing me to be present and document your special day. It was truly an honor and an unforgettable occasion!
